The organization has said it would eventually carry out more documentation that will allow electronic form-signing.
The technology operates on a Dedoco-powered automated document management system, which in turn utilizes the newly introduced Sign with SingPass functionality from GovTech that enables legal documents to be electronically signed.
Any 100 transactions were done with the latest digital signature feature from 13 to 31 December. The automated approach has been credited by ERA with saving costs and time.
