ERA implement new digital initiatives for their agents

ERA Realty Network, one of Singapore’s leading real estate companies, has revealed to its agents and customers fresh end-to – end digitalization initiatives. During its Q4 Job Development Day on Nov 11, this was revealed. Minister for National Development Desmond Lee attended the event and gave a keynote address on the digital transformation of the real estate market.

As we step into an increasingly productive and convenient Smart Country, ERA is in full support of the government ‘s initiative to create a trusted digital ecosystem. Jack Chua, CEO of ERA Singapore, the parent company of ERA Realty Network, says that 2020 has been a year of guided shifts with businesses pivoting to the digital realm to streamline job processes.

ERA’s latest digital efforts involve the introduction by Dedoco, the digital signing application vendor, of a digital contract and signature solution. The device is combined with the Sign with SingPass function of the government. ERA claims that this program would reduce the time wasted providing consumers with paperwork and is a more time-efficient option for owners of assets.

“Given the current global scenario, it is unavoidable to go digital and Dedoco strives to render property transactions as smooth as possible for ERA and its respected customers,” says Daphne Ng, Dedoco’s executive director.

ERA is now carrying out a chatbot that allows agents via Whatsapp to access project marketing knowledge. In tandem with YOOZOO AI Innovation Center, the software was created. With a collaboration with Anjuke, a leading real estate platform in China with mobile traffic of over 100 million users per month, the real estate agency is increasing its regional network.

At the ERA APAC Centre in Toa Payoh, the Agency has unveiled preparations for a big facelift of its headquarters. A professionally fitted media space for agents to create videos or hold simulated training sessions and meetings will be included in the redesign. A co-working space would facilitate networking and consultation by agents.
We seek to innovate or be early adopters as a leading proptech firm such that our agents have the latest and most up-to – date technology to assist in their job. This encourages them to provide their consumers with the finest facilities, “says Chua.
